Great news! After the update of UgPhone, the device replacement function is now available! If you encounter device issues such as lag ping, failed to open, game running problems, etc., you can easily replace your device by yourself.
Currently the app on PC does not support this function. Click on the image below to replace your device now.
The specific steps of the device replacement are as follows:
1.Click the “More” button, and then you will see the “Device Replacement” entry.
2.Select the server you want to replace.
3.Remember to fill in the reason for device replacement, which will help us in resolving device issues!
4.Click the “REPLACE” button. The system will prompt the successful replacement. Wait a moment, and the new device will be loaded.
In addition, please note the following points when replacing the device:
1.Device replacement does not support replacing the device model.
If you need to replace the device model, please contact customer service for assistance.
2.Please note that there is a limit of three times per day for one account.
If the daily limit is reached, the replacement will not be granted.
3.When there is insufficient stock, device replacement is not available.
If you encounter a situation where the server is grayed out and cannot be selected, it means that the current device stock is insufficient. You can choose another server or contact customer service to replace the device model.
